Owner Resources

The work an owner ends up doing personally, why it collects there, and what it takes to move any of it.

Why it all ended up with you

Everything in this cluster starts from one observation: in most roofing companies the administrative work has gathered around a single person, and it got there through a run of individually sensible decisions rather than because anybody chose it. These guides are about that concentration — how it forms, what it quietly costs, and which parts of it are genuinely difficult to move.

They are written for the owner still working through it at nine in the evening, and they stop deliberately short of describing our own arrangements. What a back office runs, department by department, is set out across the service pages. This cluster is about the problem rather than the answer to it.

Describing one week of your office is usually faster than working out which guide applies.
