About Roofing Back Office
Roofing Back Office is the roofing arm of Contractor Back Office. We run the administrative side of a roofing company so the owner does not have to choose between being on a roof and being at a desk.
What we actually do
A roofing company runs on things that happen away from the roof. Someone answers the phone when a storm call comes in. Someone builds the estimate and writes the supplement. Someone keeps the CRM honest, orders the material, registers the warranty, chases the invoice and files the lien notice before the deadline passes.
That is the work we take. Not advice about the work — the work itself. We run it as a department: a defined scope, the same people on it, and a record you can audit.
How we work
We work inside the systems you already use rather than asking you to move. If your jobs live in a roofing CRM, that is where we work. If your books live in QuickBooks, that is where the entries go. Nothing gets rebuilt for our convenience.
You can take a single desk — just the phones, or just the estimating — or the whole back office. The scope of work is written down, and what changes is a decision you make, not a drift you discover.
