CRM and Software

Working inside the systems roofing companies already run — what each makes easy, and what it leaves to a person.

Written from inside the account, not the brochure

These guides are about operating inside software a roofing company already owns: what a day looks like in it, which administration it genuinely removes, and which it quietly hands back. They are written from inside other people’s accounts rather than from a feature list, which is a different vantage point and produces different advice.

Nothing here rates a product or tells you which one to buy. That is a separate genre with a short shelf life, and it would put this site in the business of judging tools it works inside. Where a guide concerns one system in particular, the platform layer describes what the work is actually like there.

Describing one week of your office is usually faster than working out which guide applies.
